Cybeats Wins 1st Prize

Cybeats Wins 1st Prize In 2 Categories At The IoT Global Awards

Cybeats has been crowned champion in two categories at the inaugural IoT Global Awards 2018 in London competing against 149 companies. Taking an "inside out" approach to cybersecurity, Cybeats’ software is embedded into Enterprise IoT devices on infrastructure such as power grids to provide continuous protection, allowing devices to detect the most sophisticated threats instantly and gather data to help security professionals neutralize them.

Judges were impressed by a combination of factors that Cybeats has to offer, such as its use of a small, yet the efficient micro agent to support the lowest compute-capable devices, its creative approach to anomaly detection, and its visibility provided to both enterprises and device manufactures through a dashboard.

Cybersecurity Company Cybeats Takes First Prize In Two Categories At The IoT Global Awards

- Competing against 149 entries, Cybeats was awarded first place in the "Securing IoT" AND first place in the "Big Data, Cloud & Analytics" services category.

London, England, April 10, 2018 - Cybersecurity company Cybeats, which provides continuous cyber defence solutions for Enterprise IoT infrastructure, has been crowned champion in two categories at the inaugural IoT Global Awards 2018. The awards are co-sponsored by IoT Global Network, who announced the winners at their Smart IoT London, UK event.

Taking an "inside out" approach to cybersecurity, Cybeats’ software is embedded into Enterprise IoT devices to provide continuous protection, allowing devices to detect the most sophisticated threats instantly and gather data to help security professionals neutralize them. Cybeats’ Cloud service then analyzes data from the infected device, and provides a full threat diagnosis and treatment plan.

The IoT Global Awards offer organizations the opportunity to showcase innovative IoT applications that provide value to providers and users, and advance the cause of the Internet of Things (IoT).

This year the awards attracted 149 entries, which were judged across 12 categories. The specially assembled panel consisted of 12 IoT industry experts and insiders, including Justin Anderson, Director of KPMG’s IoT practice, Sanjay Khatri, Head of Cisco's IoT Cloud business unit, and Thorsten Schröer, Director Industrial Sector at IBM, to name a few.

Cybeats was crowned overall champion for their work in categories: "Securing IoT" and "Big Data, Cloud & Analytics".

Judges were impressed by a combination of factors that Cybeats has to offer, such as its use of a smallest, yet the most efficient micro agent to support the lowest compute-capable devices, its creative approach to anomaly detection, and its visibility provided to both enterprises and device manufactures through a dashboard.

"Its an honor to be named a 2018 IoT Global Awards Winner, especially being named alongside respected IoT industry heavyweights like Gemalto and Wind River," said Dmitry Raidman, CEO and co-founder of Cybeats. "We see this win as a validation of our mission to provide a true cyber immune system for industrial, critical infrastructure and Enterprise IoT companies."
