Justin Leger
Chief Executive Officer

Justin Leger is a seasoned business leader and technology executive serving as Chief Executive Officer of Cybeats Technologies Corp., a software supply chain security company known for its SBOM management platform. He was appointed CEO in 2023 after serving as Chief Operating Officer, bringing deep experience in commercial operations, business performance, and strategic growth. Before joining Cybeats, Justin held senior roles including Senior Director of Business Performance at Maximus Canada and served in the Special Operations Forces Command, where he developed leadership and operational expertise supporting complex government engagements. He holds an MBA and leads Cybeats’ efforts to scale commercial traction, drive enterprise adoption, and expand market recognition.

Josh Bald
Chief Financial Officer

Josh Bald is a finance executive and Chartered Professional Accountant currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Cybeats Technologies Corp., where he leads financial planning, reporting, and corporate finance strategy for the software supply chain security company. He holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and earned his CPA designation. Prior to joining Cybeats, Josh gained experience in audit and financial leadership roles at Ernst & Young and served as a CFO in various public companies bringing a strong background in financial management and governance to support growth and operational execution.

Dmitry Raidman
Chief Technology Officer

Cybersecurity entrepreneur, investor, and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in application security, cloud architecture, DevOps, and cyber defense automation. He is the co founder and CTO of Cybeats, where he leads product innovation in software supply chain security, including SBOM management and vulnerability lifecycle automation. Dmitry played a key role in shaping the SBOM standard with the NTIA, invented SBOM Studio to help organizations manage SBOMs at scale, and co leads the AIBOM Tiger Team at CISA. He is also a founding partner of AISUF AI and a co founder of the Security Architecture Podcast, where he shares practical insights with the global cybersecurity community.

Julia Cherry
Chief Customer Officer

Julia Cherry is a seasoned customer success and operations leader currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Cybeats Technologies, where she builds and leads customer success teams, shapes customer engagement strategy, and champions exceptional client outcomes for software supply chain security solutions. Before Cybeats, she held roles at companies such as Rotageek, CA Technologies, and Nolio, where she managed technical support and customer operations while improving processes and team performance. Julia’s career spans both technical and customer-facing disciplines, grounded in strong Agile and operational experience that helps bridge product value with real customer needs.

Andy Ducharme
Head of Sales

Andy Ducharme is a sales executive serving as Head of Sales at Cybeats Technologies Corp., a cybersecurity company specializing in software supply chain security and SBOM solutions. In this role, he leads commercial strategy, go-to-market efforts, and customer engagement to help organizations adopt solutions that improve software transparency and risk management. His professional profile shows long experience in technology sales and business development, previously including roles focused on driving growth and client value in IT and security services before joining Cybeats’ sales team.

Dr. George Shea

Dr. George Shea is a cybersecurity and national security technologist focused on building practical and resilient cyber capabilities. She serves as Chief Technologist at the Transformative Cyber Innovation Lab at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, where she works on advancing U.S. cyber resilience, including software and supply chain security. Prior to this role, she was a Chief Engineer at MITRE, leading complex technical programs and improving the quality and integrity of mission critical systems. Dr. Shea holds a Doctor of Computer Science and a master’s degree in computer and information sciences, and she actively contributes to industry and advisory efforts, including serving on advisory boards, to bridge research, policy, and real world cybersecurity implementation.

Bob Haack is a medical device cybersecurity and regulatory affairs specialist with over 30 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, quality, and compliance. He currently serves as Director of Cybersecurity Regulatory Affairs at MCRA (an IQVIA business), where he helps manufacturers prepare FDA ready cybersecurity submissions, align secure development practices with regulatory expectations, and address risk management requirements across the product lifecycle. Bob’s background spans operations, engineering, computer system validation, quality systems, and cybersecurity, giving him a practical, manufacturer focused perspective. Dr. Amit Elazari is a cybersecurity policy and regulation expert specializing in the intersection of technology, law, and national security. She is the Co founder and CEO of OpenPolicy, a platform designed to help organizations understand and engage with cybersecurity and technology policy. Dr. Elazari also serves as Head of Cybersecurity Policy at Intel and teaches cybersecurity policy as a lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Information and Reichman University. She holds a Doctor of Juridical Science from Berkeley Law and is widely recognized for translating complex regulatory and policy developments into practical guidance for industry, government, and technology leaders.

Kurt Callewaert

Kurt Callewaert is a Belgian cybersecurity expert with more than two decades of experience spanning academia, research, and industry. He is Business Line Director Cybersecurity at Capyx Belgium and founder & co-CEO of Capyx Luxemburg, helping organisations meet European cybersecurity compliance requirements under frameworks like the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, and DORA. Callewaert also serves as a lecturer and research leader at Howest University of Applied Sciences, where he helped build its cybersecurity programme, leads research in areas including OT security, blockchain, GDPR, and AI, and was recognised as Cyber Security Researcher/Educator of the Year.
